encoding the protein of interest (gene synthesis for cDNA <500 bp included)
- Transfection of suspension CHO
or HEK293 cells and selection of up to three individual stable pools
- Evaluation of protein expression by FACS, western, or other methods
- Preparation frozen vials of cells for the highest expressing stable pool
