- Generation of expression constructs encoding the protein of interest fused with either human Fc or His tag
(other tags available for additional fee; gene synthesis for cDNA <500 bp) - Transfection of CHO cells and selection of up to three individual stable pools
- Scale-up of the best pool for antibody production at requested scale
- Protein purification from conditioned media using Protein A or Ni-NTA affinity chromatography
