Accufectin^TM Transfection Reagent is a proprietary, polyamine-based non-lipid formulation for transfecting DNA into mammalian cells. This reagent is optimal for transfecting both suspension and adherant cells in either defined, serum-free expression medium or serum-containing media.

Accufectin^TM Transfection Reagent provides the following advantages:

• Optimized for highly efficient transfection of suspension HEK293 cells and CHO cells in defined, serum-free expression medium.
• Highly effective in transfecting all adherent cell lines.
• Compatible with serum-containing media and thus no need to change medium before transfection.
• Comparable transfection efficiency at a much lower cost than other lipid or non-lipid based transfection reagents such as the 293Fectin^TM  (Invitrogen) and FuGENE^TM  HD (Promega).
