Product Description | The anti-DDK antibody was generated by immunizing mice with the peptide DYKDDDDK and screening hybridoma supernatants for their binding affinity to the plate-bound DYKDDDDK peptide. This antibody recognizes the DYKDDDDK peptide regardless of positions. Thus, the antibody will bind to the DYKDDDDK peptide inserted at the N- or C-terminal of a protein, or at internal sites of a protein. The antibody binding is not calcium dependent. |
