Specificity Analysis

Binding of anti-human CD47mAb (huIgG1, Cat.#A1011) to CHO cells expressing full length human CD47.

Full length human CD47 receptor was expressedstably on CHO cells. CHO-huCD47 cells were stained with AB6 huIgG1 antibody at 4ug/ml. After incubation, the cells were then stained with a secondary PE conjugated anti-human antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry.
